EDMUN Academy is a digital learning initiative designed to equip young leaders with practical skills in diplomacy, international relations, leadership, and global affairs. Delivered on Canvas—one of the world’s leading online learning platforms, the Academy offers a structured, interactive, and self-paced environment where participants can master the fundamentals of diplomacy, complete real-world projects, and accelerate their personal and professional growth.
Through specialized modules covering the United Nations system, global governance, leadership and resilience, public speaking, and negotiation, EDMUN Academy empowers students and delegates to become confident, informed, and solution-oriented global citizens prepared to build a career and contribute to global affairs.
EDMUN GLOBAL LEADERS FELLOWSHIP (EGLF)
The EDMUN Global Leaders Fellowship is a flagship leadership development program created to identify, train, and empower exceptional young people who are passionate about diplomacy, international relations, and community development.
The Fellowship unites emerging leaders from diverse backgrounds for an intensive learning and mentorship experience centered on global leadership, diplomacy in practice, policy innovation, and sustainable development. Fellows participate in capacity-building workshops, policy dialogues, cultural exchanges, and community-driven projects that strengthen their leadership potential and global mindset.
Through this initiative, EDMUN is cultivating a network of dynamic young diplomats and changemakers dedicated to promoting peace, international cooperation, and the advancement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
SDGS CAMPAIGN
The EDMUN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Campaign is an awareness and action-driven initiative designed to educate young people on the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and inspire them to become active contributors to global progress.
Through workshops, campus outreaches, social media engagement, and community-based projects, the campaign empowers students and youth organizations to understand, localize, and implement the SDGs within their schools and communities.
The initiative promotes a culture of responsibility, innovation, and collaboration — ensuring that young people not only learn about the SDGs but also put them into practice through actions that address pressing social, economic, and environmental challenges.
By championing this campaign, EDMUN reinforces its commitment to nurturing a generation of informed, proactive, and globally minded leaders who are dedicated to driving sustainable development and advancing Agenda 2030.
DIPLOMATIC CONVOCATION
The Diplomatic Convocation is a full-day conference that brings together diplomats and influential members of the diplomatic community to engage directly with students and aspiring global leaders. The program is designed to inspire young people exploring careers in diplomacy, international relations, and global affairs by offering them access to real-world insights and guidance.
Through keynote conversations, experience-sharing sessions, and interactive engagements, diplomats and professionals share their career journeys, defining moments, challenges, and lessons learned. These discussions provide students with a realistic understanding of the diplomatic field and equip them with the motivation, clarity, and direction needed to pursue meaningful careers in global affairs.
The Convocation ultimately serves as a bridge between youth and the diplomatic community—empowering the next generation of leaders with the knowledge and inspiration to chart their paths in international service.
